We dont have many rules to be honest. We’ve listed them below which we hope you agree aren’t too bad.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Bookings are by appointment only, 48 hours in advance and subject to availability.
  • Consultation via telephone or video is required before any clinical treatment. After booking a treatment you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for consultation before your appointment.
  • If you can’t make your treatment then please try to give us at least 48 hours notice so we can reschedule.
  • If less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your treatment cost. We do understand emergencies can happen so please get in touch at the earliest opportunity.
  • Due to the situation of Covid or other circumstances outside of our control: If we are unable to provide prepaid treatments you will have the choice of rebooking a future date, extending validity dates or a full refund within 10 days of notice given.
  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Gift Vouchers:
  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
  • Gift Vouchers may be used as full or part payment against full priced treatments only.
  • If the treatment is cancelled by you with less than 24 hours’ notice the Gift Voucher may become null and void.
Discount Codes:
  • Unless otherwise stated Discounts Codes are only valid on treatments lasting 60 minutes or longer.
  • Discount Codes can only be used once and only one code may be used per person per treatment.
  • May be subject to specific terms which will be made available at time of promotion and must only be used in accordance with those terms. i.e., Midweek:
    Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
